Product Limited Warranty

Chastain Frameworks, LLC warranties frames against manufacturer’s defects for up to one year from the purchase date to the original consumer of the product. Chastain Frameworks, LLC will replace the defective frame with the same frame or a comparable frame up to the value of the original purchase. The frame must be installed following Chastain Frameworks, LLC assembly and installation instructions. Improper installation, harsh or abrasive cleaning products coming into contact with the frame, or excessive moisture coming into contact with the frame voids the warranty or any claim against it. Chastain Frameworks, LLC reserves the right to inspect any claim prior to issuing credit. The scope of the warranty is limited to replacing the product and does not include labor to install, to repair, or to remove the existing frame.

NEITHER THE MANUFACTURER NOR CHASTAIN FRAMEWORKS, LLC SHALL BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, DIRECT, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE OR SPECIAL DAMAGES IN EXCESS OF THE AMOUNT OF THE REPLACEMENT OR REPAIRED PRODUCT, EVEN IF THE MANUFACTURE OR CHASTAIN FRAMEWORKS, LLC HAS BEEN ADVISED OF OR SHOULD HAVE KNOWN THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT IS YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY AGAINST CHASTAIN FRAMEWORKS, LLC FOR ANY DAMAGES SUFFERED BY YOU.
